$2,800 Bill

I just recieved a $2,800 bill from the hospital. I have good health insurance. How did I come home from the hospital with nothing but a box full of mementos and $2,800 of debt??? This is so incredibly unfair. I want to call the hospital and scream at them, but I've worked customer service before. I know I'll just end up venting at someone who has nothing to do with it.
I've never been so ashamed to live in America.
