The concept of an XXX theatre is quite daunting and everyone is different in their own anxieties and fears going into it. So I wanted to make this post in case someone else has the same concerns I had before going in to maybe ease those nerves.

For context I’m 23M and have been wanting to find a place where my 23F partner and I can enjoy my exhibitionist kink without our social anxiety at an all time high. As I’m the braver of the two I went in alone today (knowing it would be busy bc of the public holiday) just to investigate it/make sure it wasn’t an enormous prank involving this entire 2800 member subreddit to fool specifically me bc it wasn’t a real place (ain’t anxiety a bitch, also yes it’s real)

So here’s how it all went down I walked up to the front door pressed the camera, the speaker, a blank label, and then the button for the buzzer where I was met with a steep staircase. At the top I turned left into the toy shop and at the back of the room was a very friendly gentleman who greeted me and encouraged me inwards.

I told him it was my first time here and didn’t know what to expect and he explained the basic premise of the theatre before getting totally sidetracked by my cologne I had put on, seemingly super shocked that a bloke smelled nice for once 😂😜 I couldn’t remember the name of it so about four people gave me a whiff to try and identify the cologne ending up agreeing it was Joop! (in case anyone of y’all see this it was in fact Eternity for Men by Calvin Klein)

I then turned to the left at the back of the shop and was let in to the theatre. The door mechanism gave it a bit of a boost so it felt like someone was walking out as I went in but it was fine. Then I was in and saw babs finally. It’s one giant room with shoulder height wooden walls to break up the sections. If you stand in the right spot you can see all the screens at once and pick where u wanna go. Then it was a bunch of dudes just whackin it in genuinely super comfy leather chairs.

I took a seat in the corner and didn’t really know what to do so I just watched the porn and tried not to make eye contact with anyone. There was one cross dresser who was super keen on me at several points whom I hoped I could just avoid the whole time as that’s not my jam. They did ask if they could sit next to me and not wanting to hog the couch I said yeah but then they started rubbing my leg to which I said “oh no.. nono touchy” awkwardly which made them shrug, pat my leg twice and walk off to someone else.

After a bit of time I became more comfortable and had moved around a few times and ended up getting front row to a pretty dope display which I won’t divulge. Strangely though seeing that act of fun really let the edge off I feel as I was properly able to just go at it myself. The only part I didn’t like was when I was sat there gettin “enthusiastic” with my bits and I readjusted my seating and saw some hidden guy jerking off to me jerking off instead of the porn. Normally I’d have been fine with it but the fact he was hiding around the corner made it just a little weird.

But that’s what I expected. A room full of guys beating it and a handful of cross dressers/transpeople vibin

Every one seemed fine with the temperature inside me personally though I found it a little warm but there are fans all around and an aircon with a good breeze. Regardless I ducked out to my car to cool down a bit faster but as I was sat there I realised I’d done my business and just came home.

Overall though it was a really good time. Staff was a super lovely dude who was super eager to make sure that people cleaned up after themselves (admittedly he didn’t have to) which made it feel super clean. Tissue boxes were everywhere. There were guys there who you could very obviously tell were just doing a regular circuit to try and find a hookup which was kinda cringe. I didn’t see any PP-PPE inside the theatre room but I’m pretty sure I spied some for sale in the shop.

I am very excited to bring my gf back with me in the future 🤗🤗 And I encourage all y’all other socially anxious sweethearts out there interested in Babs to give it a go. It really wasn’t nearly as scary up close

Also There’s too many people who post in this subreddit who are just trying to ascertain if girls are there at that moment. Please for the love of god stop it. It doesn’t matter what clever way you phrase it, it’s not subtle and you’re not getting automatically laid just because there’s women there. It’s SO painful to read
