Starting solid food, help!
Post Body

So the doctor told me to start with veggies three days then fruits but she didn’t mention cereals. Now I’m reading about it and turns out that some doctors recommend to start with baby cereal first but: what is baby cereal? I know is oatmeal and stuff but can I make it out of regular rolled flaked oatmeal or should I buy a specific oatmeal for baby’s at the store?

What veggies or fruit at best to start with? We started with carrots and she didn’t love it, she spit it out and was a drama, I think she was confusing it with the Tylenol syringe I give her for teething so that messed her feelings up.

Any advice will be appreciated!
