So in the last three months I have made a total transformation. I went from couch potato to a woman who's able to run 5k and who actually LIKES it. I can't stress enough how much I never thought I'd make it this far. SERIOUSLY. This is literally a statistic impossibility.
But here I am. For the last three weeks I've been listless, restless, and overall just feeling terrible. Then I realized it's because I wasn't running regularly anymore. I needed more than my own motivation. I needed a plan.
So here I am. I'm gonna do my best to tackle this challenge like I did the C to 5k. Hopefully I'll surprise myself once more :)
