Hey Reddit!

I just booked some really cheap flight tickets to Ponta Delgada in the Azores on the 12th of April - arriving 13th of April. :)

If there's somebody out there who happens to visit the Islands around the same period of time as me, be sure to say so in case you're interested in meeting up or want to explore the islands with me or simply want to have a beer. I am an easy-going guy so please feel free to let me know.

My plan is first of all to walk around São Miguel, do a lot of hiking ( of course), enjoy the food and maybe visit other islands.

I was wondering if I can visit Sao Miguel without a car?

Also, I would appreciate if someone could recomend some places that I should visit.
