Chinese girl adopted at 14 months old by a "loving, Christian home" in Massachusetts, where she was tied to a metal column with a dog leash, kept in a 8 x 8 dungeon secured with chicken wire and a bucket for a toilet. She was whipped, starved, pushed down the stairs. Every time she escaped from home, the police hunted her down, sometimes using dogs to track her, and returned her to this home.
