Fungus? Red headed fungus on gill.

2 year old axi and have treated fungus over the years from temperature changes. This one is new though. It is a red headed, fuzzy like fungus type thing. I am treating water with Kanaplex now, but want to get ahead of the problem if it’s worse. My guess is a bust capillary on the gill that just has fungus around it.
Water levels are normal. Eating is normal. Baby axi in tank has no fungal issue right now.
