An Oregon shelter, who brought him in when he was found in a barn with frostbite. The story is he had been at the shelter for a couple years and no one seemed to want him, so he'd kind of given up and just kept to himself and didn't try much to get himself adopted. Now he's the most lovable cat you could imagine.
