MSP to Europe Christmas thought New years 2023.

I am planning a family trip to Europe Christmas 2023 Dec 6 - Jan 8. Departing MSP and I'd like to land in London but I'm open to options. I have about 400k MR points and I'm trying to come up with a strategy to get as much out of this situation as I can. I also have Delta Silver Medallion and 20k points sitting there. My questions, what should I look at for airlines? When should I plan to book the flight? there are 3 adults can I get them in business or first? Also, side question, why won't delta show any ticket better then basic for next year in search?
