So my mother has had a venture card for years and she recently passed away. In her account she has about 220k points that can be transferred out. Capital One will not pass them on to me from what I glean and they would just disappear. I can transfer them to a mileage account in her name but obviously she can’t travel so I would want to be able to use them to book things for myself. Who would be the best transfer partner for this? My main mileage accounts are IHG and United which aren’t transfer partners for Capital One. Also does anyone know if this is fraud? Haha
