I apologize if this isn't the right subreddit, if it isn't if you could suggest a better one, that would be helpful.
I've been feeling a bit of wanderlust throughout quarantine, so have been watching lots of YouTube videos and now want to try flying first class at least once in my life.
On the times that I do fly (which is not often), I fly economy, since I normally bring my own food given that I am vegan and I keep kosher (KSML/KVML isn't vegan, and VGML isn't kosher), so I wouldn't get better food on a higher-fare flight. If I were to fly in F, it'd be for the experience, and I'd want to get the full experience, the highlight of which for me would be the food.
So, as of now, it's all hypothetical, but I'm wondering if there are any airlines that could accommodate my higher-maintenance dietary requests. It would seem that the only thing close would be El Al's business class, where their VGML would also be vegan. I also wonder if the Etihad Residence (I doubt I'd ever be able to afford it, even with miles, but hey, I'd at least like to know if I can dream about it) is customizable enough to be able to handle something like this.
