First time award flight booking. Need inputs!

I’m looking for an YUL-SFO round trip in September and lowest price I can get is Economy 510 CAD round trip. United page says I require 30k Miles 95 CAD. I’ll transfer my Marriot points - 60k will do the deal resulting in 30k Miles and I can book the trip. I can calculate that it is around 0.7cpp of Marriott which looks okay coz I’ve seen redemption of 0.8 cpp is good for Marriott. Is the deal good? I’m doing my first award travel and appreciate your inputs
