So I bought a ticket with TA & suddenly covid19 hit. They only gave a credit refund (in terms of miles), which I used on my flight last year (but the process was extremely hassle). And now I have about 13,000 left and wishes to transfer it to my acquintance. Ive been dealing with them since 25/11 and no solution given. I finally got the response today and to my shock there is a fee to be paid for transferring miles. I remember last year the sales ticketing office told me they would waive the fee for those who got the miles during corona period. Am i missing something? Or should I fight back?
