Testing a theory and feet I could share.
First, what is the longest stretch of time I can keep my mind silent.
Second, when the mind is silent, the thoughts do not pull at me. When the thoughts do not pull I can finally freely act as I want. Not ego, but I, the i that I really am, the I that lies beyond all thought.
Third, when the mind is silent, the space that is created is like a vacuum. All that you want is drawn to you, all abundance, all wealth, all opportunity. When there is space, things rush in to fill it. How much can I release the desire to think.
