How can I practically build resilience?

Post Body

I have been meditating and practicing spirituality for over a year and the past year has been life changing for me.
I left a place of inner and outer chaos and slowly reorganized my life as well as my emotional space.

However, one thing I still struggle with is resilience and acceptance of frustration. I would like to work on it correctly.
I do think it is getting better but due to mental and emotional challenges, stressful or complicated situations can quickly become overwhelming for me and I can easily breakdown and react in a way I regret afterwards like being mean to my partner or creating a hostile vibe around me.

How can I get better at this? I have collected a few books that could help on top of the stoicism pieces I read on a daily basis, but I wonder if you would have any advice or experience to share?
