Sure. He said we couldn't replace grealish with player so we bought 3 attackers to do it.
We also didn't think someone would pay 100 million for a player. Bearing in mind this is a fee that up to this point had not been seen by another Premier league club of English etc.... so.. he had to take it.
After watching the city interview too.. he didn't mention thier fans... he didn't really mention anything other than being friends with some of the players and wanting to play alongside de bryne so.. fair enough on that. And that he's always been a fan of pep. And vice versa. Their football is his style.. etc...
From around the grapevine.. villa offered more money than city. But he was interested in the trophies etc.
Honestly. He has been a fantastic servant. And there is no reason he can't do an Ashley Young after getting his fix really is there?
