You need to wear your own hydration packs. I understand that our communities are based on acceptance and communal respect of everyone, but I don't think it's fair to be completely dependent on others to stay hydrated simply because you opted out of coming prepared for the sake of an outfit or sheer pride. Yes, you've got a cute outfit on. Yes, you look super dope and stylish in the body suit/sparkly crop top and tiny shorts you have on. And yes, wearing a backpack with it will probably dull the look to a degree. But let's be real here, your safety and health are far more important and you need your own supply of water to keep this in check... no matter how bummed out you are that it might "kill your look". On top of this, it's just plain rude to be expectant of others to take care of you.
To anyone out there who does this and refuses to wear a hydration pack in the defense of their outfit, look, or pride, please stop. I'm tired of being a pack mule for you guys to dump your stuff in my bag, giving you 3/4's of my water because you're going too hard, and repetitively having to leave the stage to go get more because you were too proud to wear your own hydration pack.
End rant.
tl;dr - girls, please wear a hydration pack.
Edit: This message goes to both guys and girls alike however it is a problem that I see most commonly with the female rave population which drove me to make it specific. Everyone, guys and girls, need to wear hydration packs or carry their own sufficient water containers. Boom. Done. Alright, now that that's fixed please hop off my back about targeting or generalizing females when the same is done to men just as often. The message still stands as is.
