Average age on Friend Ship?

I wanted to go this year but my friend who was gonna go with me just got a new job and can't take time off. We're 35 and 40. I have another friend in his 50's that would probably enjoy this too but don't want him to feel out of place. At the same time from what I can see it looks like a super welcoming community so I doubt he would. what you think?
