My friend took a video of me dancing at a rave we attended, and I realized I was moving my mid section way more than my head even though I thought in my mind I was head banging (I was completely sober) and I don’t know if I’m just doing it wrong or what?

My neck hurts like a BITCH this morning so obviously my head was moving, but we also rode the rail at one point and I couldn’t figure out the coordination with how people were grabbing the rail while banging their head? It’s so hard to describe lmao but I felt like I had to be in sync with them and my slow ass legit could not figure it out. Am I dumb or does someone else relate 😭😂
