Hi all,

A google search on this unfortunately hasn't seemed to reveal anyone else with the specific issue that I have - hoping ya'll might have some experience to pass on to me about effective supplementation while rolling on molly.

I've followed a lot of the wisdom dropped by this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/DrugNerds/comments/15m9sf/mdma_supplementation/

In the past, it seems like following most of these recommendations has worked out well. However, last night me a 3 friends rolled and also prepared a supplement stack to take before/during. However, all of us started to feel sick to our stomachs at various points during the night. Personally, I got the runs and all the water that I was consuming that night didn't get pissed out - I actually got really bad diarrheas. I suspect the other guy we were with also may have had that issue as we were both slamming pepto bismol mid-way through.

I don't think it was the molly itself - we tested it and have used it on prior occasions without issue. We're pretty sure it was just taking all of these supplements on an empty stomach that was the problem. All of us ate our last meal in the very early afternoon (2-3pm) and weren't rolling until 7ish.

The easiest solution is to consume food closer to taking the supplements but that seems to possibly cause other issues with the molly.

Sure other people have dealt with this before? Is there a good way to effectively supplement while rolling on a mostly empty stomach without feeling sick?
