The way the human brain works. We never perceive things visually as they really are.

We fill in visual information based on what we expect.
That’s how optical illusions work. Or when you see something and could have sworn it said something else. It’s because you actually saw it say something else.
So for the most part woman would see an average dick.
We perceive the average rather then slightly shorter or slightly longer.
But at a certain point the opposite occurs. We expect a 10 inch dick when you hit the 0.5% range. So that’s what we might see.
And for small dicks the same might occur.
We don’t like too much nuance if we don’t have to perceive it.
My best guess.
And memory can work in a similar way I’m guessing.
We fill in info based on what we most expect. It’s not always accurate.
