Have you noticed any difference in your sexual performance with a partner when you were abstaining from masturbation versus when you did not?

More specifically, were you more interested in having sex with your partner after you stopped masturbating?

I (21M) need advice on this because sometimes I find it hard to gain an erection in the moment with a partner and would like to see if masturbating has to do with it? I masturbate about 3-4 times a week and do not watch porn anymore. I can easily get an erection when I’m on my own. Any help is appreciated!
