Here is a weird one or maybe not. When fully hard bone pressed measurment is hard to do as cant push ruller into fat pad maybe 5 or so mm, and im a chunky dude. Yet when im at about 80%erect i can get it no problem and get a reading of close to 15cm when fully hard its only 13cm.
It feels like the skin at base of penis where ruler goes pulls realy tight. Also have a high erection angle and a very big upward curve.
Im circd and when i was about 15 my mom asked if everything was ok down there as when i was a baby the doc who did my circ fucked it up and didnt do a good job. Are they related issues?
