Is Ava's transformation permanent?

Will the horns and pointed ears Ava got after drinking Wrathia's potion stick? (Her skin also seems a bit darker and she seems to have become slightly taller) Wrathia did say that one vial of potion was "enough for a lifetime", so that seems to hint at some kind of permanent change.
