Bumper scratch advice

Hey just looking for some advice on what to do. Tapped a truck hitch and did a little damage. I'm a new driver and the first driver in my family so I have no clue on anything. If this somthing I can repair myself or can I bring it somehere ? Its minor but shes brand new :( would appreciate some guidence from some car vets. Thank you for reading.
