Recently had to take my car to the dealer for repairs (2020 Hyundai Tucson). While I was there I figured I'd get some maintenance done and paid for the lowest tier, which is an oil change and tire rotation and whatnot.
When I got my car back, I noticed the tire pressure for each tire was the same as when I dropped it off (the front right tire is usually 5-7 psi's lower than the other four). If they rotatoed the tires, wouldn't the front right tire thats 5 psi's lower be in a different position, and not still on the front right tire? And wouldn't they have filled up the tires with air as well?
I know virtually nothing about how car shops work and wanted to ask this question first before I go making phone calls. I paid 350 for the maintenance service and now I'm wondering what else they didn't do. Thing is I would never know.
