Customer's hybrid autopilot started failing a few days ago.
After signing into the device with an email account/password, 10 mins later they are presented with a "Something Went Wrong" with an 80004005 Error.
My Troubleshooting/Things I have checked is below
AzureBlob from ODJ Connector is Successfull (https://i.imgur.com/rL2rqFs.png) | https://i.imgur.com/a9FkzMj.png
Autopilot Diagnostics https://i.imgur.com/4rCD8Sq.png | https://i.imgur.com/YjggGoO.png
When the error comes up there is only an option to reset device. However when checking intune device list the device is intune as an enrolled compliant device https://i.imgur.com/kuAsBnM.png
The domain join profile is assigned correctly and I can see the device in the assigned devices tab for the profile
Im able to ping the DC from a cmd prompt window
I was able to download the device diagnostics from the device in intune but there are many event viewer logs/log files to search through im not sure where to look
Skip AD connectivity check is set to NO
Does anyone have any ideas/can point me in the right direction about what else to check?
Thanks
