Been working on ford for 14 years. Got my senior masters don't mind working on cars. Love electrical. Anyway my service manager is dating another technician. She gives him alot of good work and if he throws a fit he gets his way. I feel like he is the boss some days. I brought it up to to general management and they didn't seem to care but they passed it along to the owners. Had meeting told them how I feel. They told me shit wick change. Nothing changed she just made my life worse. There was another guy part guy been there 20 years real ass hole. Everyone in the service department can't stand him. Told me once the guys in hotline don't know what they are doing. (Hotline is where technicians call corporate and get help from engineers and stuff.) They got rid of him moved him to another store. I was coming in late because that place sucked. The gm talked to me about it and I said il get here on time. Missed a few times and then fired . Idk I think I'm just done working on cars professionally. The automotive field sucks to work in. I think I'm just done. Rant over. Any other technician feel the same?
