Hey guys I just got a 92 Acura Integra RS 2DH with a b18b1 engine swap. I got it as my first project car def. The oldest car I've ever owned it's a year younger than me but I always love Honda/Acura it's all I know really.

Can anyone tell me what the circled plug is that is caped and seems to be jumped and.or plugged like a fuse? Most of the OBD1 setups I've seen on the internet have a little holder that the OBD1 scan harness hookup I guess is used for and the two prong paper clip jump CEL light flasher. I thought it might be left over OBD1/0 that was originally there but why and what is it? Any info greatly appreciated happy memorial day! 🙏
