Does anyone else really hate not having their week planned in advance?

Post Body

First I should say that I’m not diagnosed, but have been reading and comparing experiences with autistic people for almost a year at this point and am trying to get an evaluation done, but living in a low income area and being an adult has made it difficult.

On to the post. I’ve found that I have to have things planned in advance like leaving the house for shopping, appointments, and even fun outings. I’m not very spur of the moment and get stressed out when I have to randomly leave the house. It feels like I have to mentally prepare to just leave the house and it makes things rather difficult. I also require a lot of time at home to recover from said excursions. Does anyone else feel this way?
