I have always been that person. I connect really well with animals, more than I ever will with humans. I have personally thought to myself, 'Can animals understand more than humans?'
Several animals have approached me at random in my life from deer to humming birds, racoons, chickadees, squirrels, random cats and dogs- you name it- it's my friend. I have been very blessed to see dolphins and woodpeckers and all the amazing animals I have in my life.
And every time I look into the eyes of an animal, it feels more human than looking into the human mind. The way animals can understand just by eye contact alone is very unique. And the several types of, well essentially, languages that animals use to communicate with each other from body language to certain screech or call all down to eye contact are far more unique than how humans communicate through text and speech.
It's the way I can think to my cat, "Are you hungry?" With a certain look and a head tilt that sends her running to her plate. And I can never look at a human and do the same lol
