I don’t know a better way to put it but for example like people start making plans and you’re in the room hanging out with them that means they want to make those plans with you or are you just in the room and they are making plans without you because I’m confused I try not to insert myself into a situation where I’m not wanted but I don’t know when those situations are and I try to ask people if I’m included in the situation but when I do that I feel like they might think I’m guilt tripping them when I just genuinely just want to know if I am part of this because I don’t want to insert myself and make them feel like they have to invite me or sometimes I invited to something when people do that and I don’t know that
