People who say "we're all on the spectrum" are just undiagnosed autists who haven't figured out they're autistic

Post Body

I've been thinking about it a lot. I used to say it because I had so many similar traits to autistic people. Then after a ton of research I realised I'm autistic.

We often think our experience is the standard one, so when someone says "I do this extreme thing" and you say "everyone does this extreme thing" when in reality not everyone does it. You only think everyone does it because you do it and you didn't think it was that weird.

Am I making sense here?
