So I start therapy next Thursday with an autism specialist, shes going to help me determine wether or not I have autism. Since I cannot get a formal diagnosis with psychological testing as it’s too expensive and my insurance probably doesn’t cover it. (I’d have to check with them) Any advice on how to talk to her? I don’t know exactly how to open up or even talk about myself without sounding so awkward. I want to unmask but I don’t want to be nervous to the point where I stutter or stumble over my words. Any advice is appreciated 💖
