Hey all, this is something that's been bothering me for a while and i should probably learn to deal with it. Oftentimes when my partner and i are having an intimate moment with each other, i often end up feeling like i can't speak. Usually i don't really mind this, since as long as i'm comfortable i don't really feel the need to say anything. The issue arises if he does something that's a bit uncomfortable or painful; i tend to freak out a little and hesitate heavily to get him to stop. i generally end up tapping him and he gets the message, but i feel like i don't have a way to to consistently push through that anxious barrier that stops my arm from moving. Does anyone else happen to deal with anything similar to this? And if so, how have you worked around it?
