Full disclosure that I’m not diagnosed or anything and just a lurker. For me this is a big thing that I don’t ever hear anyone talk about, it’s nice to see someone else feel the same way.
For me I take continuous BC to suppress my periods and it’s the only way existence is bearable. The official reason is pain/heaviness, which is true but only part of the picture.
