Parents are giving away my room for a weekend and I'm not sure how to deal with it.

Post Body

So I was just told that next weekend my mom is having guests stay at our place for the weekend, and without talking to me at all beforehand, she said they could have my room.

She is also having someone else at the same time, so I can't even stay in the spare room. So I'm being told that I have to sleep on the couch for a couple days.

My room is given away every time their family visits, but it has never been for a whole weekend. No discussion, no asking, just forced out.

I need someone to talk to about this, what potential ways I could go about this situation. I'm currently struggling with depression and anxiety and this just seems like too much. I never get angry, but I am about this.
