I've been wondering for a few years If I am autistic I don't want to self diagnose but I do have ADHD that I've been professionally diagnosed with since a young age I've always havw issues with food and noises and I hate change I prefer to have a routine. I also stem a lot by shaking my hands and when I get upset or frustrated I'll hit my legs. I also move my legs alot when I'm happy and when I'm excited I'll wiggle or sway. I have a hard time making conversation and I just let other people talk to me first.
