I wouldn’t know what to do without my headphones and ouid AND they don’t help paranoia while out in public. I know it’s a matter of exposure and I also don’t want people around me at all. Like who enjoys or can relax in a full bus during a raging pandemic. I just can’t with life being so full of people I would never be in contact with and I have to allow them into my personal space. Also, I have a truck full of trauma and exposing myself to people is doubly unpleasant.
