hi, as the title states, i got diagnosed with autism 2 days ago and im just an absolute mess, i think its the shock of it all really, i don’t know who to turn too, so im posting here, i also have mental health issues so they kinda go hand in hand, i knew it was coming, i’ve known all my life but to have it said to me was reliving and also a massive surprise ig ? ugh idk, no clue how to feel rn 🙃
