Post Body

I’m concerned that my 1 year old son has autism, and was wondering if anyone knew of any early signs of autism or if this sounds like it might be . My son is being referred to a specialist but I’m not neurotypical myself and I’ve been crying for about an hour now because I can’t stop thinking about it . not that it’s a bad thing , I’m just worried is all as a mother . His 1st birthday was the beginning of November and as of now , he cannot walk. He doesn’t even try to cruise while holding onto things. He doesn’t wave or point , he just recently started clapping but not hardly at all, maybe once or twice . he doesn’t look when you say his name, he doesn’t mimick what I do and say, he doesn’t engage with me or his dad at all really.. he’s just sorta in his own little world.
