I tried to ask a different sub a while back but just got down voted to heck cos people thought I was being sarcastic and it had something to do with the movie frozen but I thought hey, maybe I can ask here and they’ll take me seriously lol.
Like I know I need to ‘let things go’ but there’s no actionable steps involved. It doesn’t explain how to do it. People say it’s a choice but if I’m hurt about something I’m hurt. I don’t understand the concept even though like I know it would be good for my mental health.
Does anyone understand the actual steps or how to let things go?
