Can a deviation in routine cause depression

Post Body

To preface, I'm a college student who has autism, adhd, and bipolar. Lately, I've been feeling depressed. It hasn't been for long (though it feels like it); it started around the beginning of the week.

I was racking my brain trying to understand what could have changed to cause my stable state to suddenly spiral into depression. The only noticeable change in my life though was a temporary change in my class schedule. I have a physics class at 9 am that has been canceled for the entire week due to the professor being sick. My sleep schedule is completely fucked (I sleep for longer at night and I sleep like another 4 or 5 hours in the afternoon), I haven't been able to do any work and all I do is lay in bed.

So my question is is it entirely possible that something as simple as a deviation in schedule can fuck me up this much?
