So when we listen to music we’re stimming when neurotypicals listen to music play, video games, etc. They’re calming down?

I thought stims were something we did with are bodies or we needed sensory items and toys for to help us stim. But that seems to not be the case so what is the difference between are stimming and neurotypicals calming down?
