Hello all!
I am AuDHD and I'm not sure if this is a symptom of one of them or both, but oftentimes when I'm close to having a panic attack or a meltdown, I tend to lose the ability to make my body move in the ways I want it to without REALLY trying hard to.
For example, this post has taken me a while to type because I can see the words clearly in my brain, but I can't seem to get my fingers to move unless I snap myself back to full control for a moment.
It's not as if my hands go numb, I can still feel, drive, type, etc Its just as if im zoning out, and my hands are feeling with endorphins, my entire body really, and in order to accomplish something, i have to focus to do it.
Has this happened to you? Is this executive dysfunction? I'm not worried, but I just kind of shut down, and I am trying to recognize my bodies signals so I can manage it better
Thank you
