On the topics of panic attacks and stiming....
Post Body

  1. Is it normal for a person on the spectrum (myself) to have anxiety out of nowhere to the point of extremely intense panic attacks?

  2. Is it also normal for my first experience with stiming to be during a panic attack?

I am in my late 20s and have never stimmed a day in my life but all of a sudden during a particularly intense panic attack I found myself stiming (a fact I realized after the attack had passed) and the situation perplexes me, if I don't stim normally why did I then of all times? It's not abnormal for a person on the spectrum to do so but I don't exactly have a history of doing so myself.

Any insights on the subject are welcome, if you want to tare me down for this that is welcome too, I can take it too.
