Does anyone else get weird feelings like their bones are trying to poke out their skin? I can’t tell if this is a sensory issue or a medical thing

I’ve dealt with this for years, I’m a dancer and after a long day of dancing it would feel like the bones in my feet were poking through and it drove me so insane I couldn’t walk normally for a while. Recently it’s gotten SO much worse. I feel it in my ribs and my hips and my feet, and it’s definitely not constant but once it starts it’s just so hard to deal with. It is quite literally sensory torture. Curious if this is just a me thing.
