went to my psychiatrist today and she told me from our first appointment that she thought i had “autistic traits” but since she can’t diagnose me there’s not much she can do but i do have an eval set up! today my psychiatrist told me that she’s not 100% sure if i’m autistic or if i present that way because of my cptsd (i believe the former) but she believes that either way ill get diagnosed when i go to eval and she knows the neuropsych im going to see and says she’s really good. overall i’ve just had feelings of anxiety sort of wash away over realizing i very well could be diagnosed when the time comes.
