I’m feeling stomach, left to my stomach, and chest pains all at once right now!

How do I bring this up with my doctor? I brought up the chest pains and the side pains and ignored the stomach pains thinking it was normal until I saw this post. Anyways when I brought the other things up they kind of just brushed it off as not getting enough of something I can’t remember exactly what they said. I’m struggling to type this I’m in so much pain. These pains come and go but I can say it’s common and if I can say it’s common I know something’s wrong!
