I'm a diagnosed autistic from about age 9 and I've constantly struggled with assuming people are angry with me even if I did nothing.
So my question to you all is whether or not you struggle with that too. This could be from saying something wrong and thinking you made the other party mad, to just thinking you're always being wrong.
I'd like to hear other people's experiences who struggle with social cues, emotions, and facial expressions. :)
Sorry if this doesn't belong, I never really post here...
Edit/Thanks: You guys are all amazing and I appreciate all you have to say. I'd respond to all your comments but there are a lot! This community has me incredibly blessed to know I'm not alone.
I am ADHD, have a pre-diagnosis for Autism (first doctor says yes, now I have to see a specialist) and have RSD. I always feel like people are mad at me. I can spend the greatest time in the world with somebody and then an hour after they leave I start to wonder if they actually hate me. It's the most bizarre phenomenon and I know deep down they don't but I sit there and the intrusive thoughts win.
